Return & Refund Policy

At Lasocks, every item is made to order and produced just for you in partnership with our supplier (CustomCat).

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error with your order.



Eligible Returns / Refunds


We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

You receive the wrong product, size, or design due to our error


To process a claim:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at lasocks.com@lasocks.com

2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product issue



Non-Returnable Items


We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Wrong size ordered by the customer

Change of mind after the order has been produced

Normal wear and tear or customer damage


Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final unless the issue falls under the eligible cases above.



Refunds


Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.



Order Cancellations


Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After production begins, we cannot cancel or modify your order.
